The Who "Weekly Hot Offers"

Who doesn’t love to snap up a good bargain? We can all benefit from a helping hand to stretch our budget further.

Exciting news this month as we roll out our NEW “WHO” Weekly Hot Offers in partnership with local businesses, which have contributed a wonderful array of offers and discounts for our Swipe2give cardholders. Cardholders will receive weekly emails highlighting special Hot Offers from businesses on the directory. Just swipe your card at any of these participating businesses, not only can you Swipe2give to support your organisation, but we are making sure you get real savings at the checkout. That’s a win win!

If your business would like to include a special in our ”WHO” please email deirdre@efundraisingdirectory before 4pm on Fridays with your details of the special and a contact name and number. 

Tips for Participating Businesses

Just a reminder to participating businesses when processing the Swipe2give cards there is a basic rule.

If a cardholder is using their Swipe2give card for payment, it is business as usual - process the transaction as you would normally process any other eftpos debit card.

When the customer pays via another means (ie. cash or another card) and when the minimum spend that you have set has been met, the customer can Swipe2give. Swipe the card, and enter a 5 Cent Savings Purchase. The customer enters their pin and the transaction will show as having been declined. This has worked (no need to swipe again) a contribution has been sent to the cardholder’s organisation. 

YOU MUST ENTER THE AMOUNT OF 5 CENTS TO PERFOM A SWIPE2GIVE CONTRIBUTION. (refer to laminated Merchant Processing Guide for details)

Our FREE web based directory is constantly on the grow, to ensure that you are up-to-date with all the places you can  use your cards. To search the directory just log on to www.efundraisingdirectory.com.au click onto directory and search by either post code, suburb or business type. 

If you have a favourite business but they are not on the directory just shoot us an email to business@efundraisingdirectory.com.au. Tell us your name, your organisation the name  and phone numberof the business and who we should ask for when we call, we'll do the rest.
